The 500 GB hard drive that I received is non-operable and unusable

THIS IS THE REVIEW I SENT TO THE SELLER ON 12/01/2022 AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR A RESOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM: The 500 GB hard drive that I received is non-operable and unusable. I connected the HDD to 3 different computers and could not access/use the drive using 4 different operating systems (2 Windows and 2 Linux) and GPARTED installed on a CD could not access, format, or partition the HDD.
