  This seal is good quality arrived in a excellent condition great value for money , after I previously ordered the wrong size I reordered the correct size however it got lost in transit so the company were going to refund me but when I asked if they could just send out a replacement rather than a refund they did and this one arrived quickly , I received excellent customer service ,I would definitely recommend this company

  Unfortunately the mixer tap was faulty, a manufacturer fault, causing it to leak from a misaligned connection. Therefore it could not be used. The seller was helpful and responsive and refunded me, telling me to bin the tap and not return as planned. The item looked good but sadly the quality just wasn't there which was a shame as it was a very reasonable price. This may of course, been a one off and in no way reflects on the integrity and helpfulness of the seller who was A+++

  Ordered basin and matching bath taps, they arrived quickly and were well packaged. My husband fitted the basin tap easily although one of the hoses supplied leaked so he had to put the old one back on. It looks great with our new square basin and I love the waterfall spout, the tap seems good quality but we’re waiting for our new bath to arrive before the other one can be fitted. They’re great value for money and look modern so I’m happy with them, thanks a million for such good service.
