great sound quality but but runs out of battery rapidly and even when not in use

I actually like the sound quality alot of these head phones although there is one major issue. If i leave the ear buds in the charging case over night not connected to a power source they will drain themselves flat which is really frustrating. Pretty much the need to constantly be on charge to ensure that i have battery when i want to use them.
