  Purchased item listed as ‘new’ but when it arrived it had clearly been used. Product was smeared and dried around lid and product dried onto outside of jar also. Pictures supplied to eBay as soon as received. Seller did not process refund request so had to involve eBay who ruled in my favour and closed the case. Seller wanted item returning, I advised she needed to raise return label as she is liable for the return postage costs and I will return. seller has not yet done this. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
