  I missed the original release online. I never used eBay before a day in my life. But I do believe I have an eye to find respected sellers from order so much stuff in lifetime. Sure enough I did. He shipped my packed the same Dayi ordered it. It was delivered in proper vinyl packaging. It came as described, unsealed. Kbmama had the best pricing I didn’t even have to negotiate.   Zero stars for this seller! My item was received broken in the package. It was not wrapped in the same way that Hallmark wraps ornaments. It had clearly been previously opened and re-wrapped with the broken piece sitting on the outside of the tissue paper in the clamshell in the box. I contacted the seller and received short sarcastic responses, iterating that I'm lying and that I broke it myself. This is not the way to run a business. Instead of making it right they just continue to argue.

  Ordered the item, sent in a fair amount of time. Was told it was a new item but when it arrived whereas it was sealed it contained the wrong items. Contatced seller and was left hanging that they'd look for a replacement item. Not convinced it was new. Returned and refunded pretty straight forward.
