So good I've bought three!
Plantronics has been bought by Poly, and this product is no longer being made. Poly is not making anything that uses this under ear design, which is a pity, because it is very comfortable, easy to put on and dtake off, and never uncomfortable, and never interferes with eyeglasses or sunglasses. Sound quality is excellent. There's an easily accesible volume control for what you hear in case someone isn't speaking into their microphone or in case they are speaking loudly. Also, there's a handy mute switch in case you need to speak to someone in the room with you without confusing the person who is at the other end of the line.
