Too complicated
1 of 8 found this helpful I do not like it. Nikon has complicates the simple. The dark room or photo editor in this camera has made it so user unfriendly. before you even click you need to hunt things down to turn off. If you could get this 60 fps at this resolution without the useless stuff that would be great.
What is with the assign buttons controls every where? Does Nikon assume you do not like where it put the buttons and that you will never be happy where you put them so that you need them on the display all the time?
The menus is a mess! sub menu is called controls...controls to what?
You can not convenience me it need to be this difficult to set up.

feels strong
1 of 1 found this helpful The mount is difficult. You really need to keep with you a good, big screwdriver to get it tight enough. Sometimes the camera is in the way and then it is very difficult to tighten the mount to the tripod. The old style mounts where faster and had a stronger hold much easier to use. Everything else is fine. I would still get this tripod again as I believe most of the good tripods have these mounts.
The leg extension locks do not feel right. It takes too much pressure to lock into place for plastic. It feels like it will not endure. Im always gentile with these.

the filiments where bent
It looks poor because the fitment things are pushed down in many places. It fits a classic truck and I wish it looked new. It is just too much a hassle to send back. I do not think they should have shipped it without telling me or giving a discount as the problem is obvious. I do not believe it was done in shipping as the box is fine.
