Bare bones packing materials & methods used. One fig arrived with arm crack, ordered two figs, and accessories. Only a bubble mailer was used, and the items were bagged individually. No additional packing materials added for any protection. IMO this is far to much trust placed into the hands of the USPS to deliver items like Lego minifigures in the advertised condition reliability. Fan of your figs, just not the packing materials and methods you're using. It appears low effort and uncaring.
