Winegard Sensar Pro TV Signal Strength Meter...? Perfect title!
For those of us with UHF TV antennas.. UHF almost demands hi-gain/very directional ones! How to aim? With this SS meter, I can select the channel (from listings of the stations I watch).. and hook this into the antenna lead, and with a 12V battery, can determine ideal adjustments to my antennas, for best reception! Very easy to scan for channels, or select specific ones, or to even boost the signal if needed. I'm sure these work GREAT with the Sensar antennas, but it works equally well with ANY UHF antenna, or cable. Has 1 ea labeled Antenna and Cable inputs, and two TV outputs. Displays channel # (not your station number, which is usually different).. and shows the signal strength. It does not show really low power signals, but you won't get a reliable picture from those anyway. VERY nice device, but might be over-kill for some. I might be a bit of a techno geek.. but still pay NOTHING for the TV and News I watch.
