Takes practice.

Yes I would recommend it if your into nose flushes as you just load it up and use. Takes a little practice to use properly, but you get better with each use. Recipe is 1/4 tsp non iodized salt, 1/4 tsp baking soda in 8 oz of warm water. Is a good value if using recipe. Appears to be quality built. Time and tear will tell story. Wonder how long the pump and motor will last?
