Looks well but...
Reading the contents scared me so I gave it to my husband who uses chemicals similar in his work.

MTHFR sufferers
1 of 1 found this helpful If you have the genetic mutation MTHFR, your body cannot use B12 properly, and many other issues. To help with B12 absorption, as someone with two copies of the A1298C defect, I use Methyl folate and Methyl B12. The methylation is sort of a pre-ready to use method of absorbing these. Regular folic acid does not work.
