  The sender didn’t pay the full postage so I had to pay £3.50 to Royal Mail to get the item, even though I had already paid £3.20 postage for it. This also delayed me getting the item before the weekend. I am not very happy with this and would like the seller to pay me back for the postage costs please.

  The correct postage was paid, the fault was with the post office which accepted full liability. A refund was given to the buyer immediately. The matter settled but I still get negative feedback
