Great workout!
Love this workout. Getting through the initial intros are tedious, but then the work outs are great! I do this along with the Wii more active and fitness coach and feel I get as good a workout as with a personal trainer at the gym- at a fraction of the price and way more convenience!

Beautiful!
This a beautifully colored flag with the image and welcome on both sides of the flag. The colors are accurate to what is on the image. Seems to be well made. I have only had it a couple of weeks, so cannot say yet howcwell it will stand up to the weather. Beautiful flag!

Great book!
Great book! There are a lot of books on this subject, but I think he does a good job explaining why this works. He makes it easy to understand, and it's easy to read. I found him to be entertaining in his presentation of a very complicated subject. I haven't tried any of the recipes or the diet reset yet,but it sounds reasonable to me. I like that he has a blog to ask questions, and it seems he is very responsive to you.
