    Item was as described and was packaged great all for a good price. Only problem was the item left Texas went to Georgia, left there and went to Utah then Idaho then back to Georgia then to me in North Carolina. That's not the seller's fault but USPS road it around so much that they didn't make a dime and it took a week to get here where it should only have taken a few days.

    A wrong item was arrived. In this case, the seller have to accept return items and cover all costs for the return follow the eBay return policy. We confirmed it and made the agreement before return the item. But after the return item was shipped, suddenly the seller said "the buyer pay all return costs". Finally the seller have been refusing receive the item, payment of customs duty for returning, and refund my return shipping fee. Only my purchase amount was refunded by eBay. What is a "rule".
