Expensive
1 of 1 found this helpful I understand that it absorbs faster because it's a fluid and not a capsule, but it takes "1 to 2 weeks to work." I'm new to nursing and I didn't realize that I could have gone to Walmart and paid $4 for fenugreek and seen results in 3 days. Sure, Natal Nourish, helps with quality of milk more than fenugreek alone, but I can help the quality with my diet too. Would I buy this product again? Yes, when it's a lot cheaper.
