Fast shipping, good product
Mirror assembly arrived quickly. Exactly like the one I was replacing on our 2010 Subaru Outback. Watched a couple youtube videos and was able to remove the old assembly and replace it with the new one in about 20 minutes (could probably do it a lot quicker the second time around). The glass and outer caps are not included (the lower cap, which is black, as well as the upper painted cap). It worked out well as I simply transferred them over from the old assembly, so I did not have to pay for any additional, unnecessary parts. The hardest part was snapping the glass into the casing. Was afraid I was going to break something, but I had to apply some serious pressure to snap it into place. Very happy overall, saved several hundred dollars not having to take it in to the dealership.
