Optical Illusion! A Seek And Find For Adults With Hidden Pictures

Simplistic and Boring for Adults

This book has 40 pages. 23 pages are puzzles to solve and 17 pages are answers to those puzzles. The number of items to find on the first 12 pages range from 8 to 13 items. The last 11 pages only have 3 objects to find per page. There are only 3 total puzzle pictures, with different objects to find for each puzzle. The first 12 pages might take at most 3 minutes to solve. The last 11 pages of puzzles can be solved in under 30 seconds per puzzle. The cover led me to believe that optical Illusion was involved but the only optical illusion is on the front cover itself. The following pertains to the images I've included--The first picture is on 6 pages, the second picture is on 6 pages and the third picture is on last 11 pages. I think even older children would find this book boring.

Major Crimes Continues to Entertain Me

I've watched these characters for more than 10 years (The Closer - 7yrs) and they feel like old friends. The writers continue to write great season and episode plots. I think the characters are well developed and I thoroughly enjoy the actors in their roles. There's a sense of continuity between the episodes but they mostly stand alone with the plot and resolution at the end of the hour unless they state that it's just the part of a greater whole. With the DVD season series, I know I can always watch it when I want to. I can't wait to see the start of the new season. Thanks for the continued entertainment!!

A Book for Children, Not Adults.

This book has 12 pages, 423 words and is for Level: K. It is not written for adults but is designed for children in the lower elementary grades. The last two pages have evaluative elements such as Target Vocabulary, Target Skill and Target Strategy. I think the information is good and valid. The steps listed could be summarized in a small, bulleted list for adults. The book would be good for young children as an introduction to murals or creating murals.
