I was so blown away, by the quality collect of recipes in these cookbooks! I purchased the one on Tortilla’s! To my pleasant surprise, I received recipes on every kind of wrap’s around the globe. Lumpia from the Philippines! Chinese spring rolls, Middle Eastern, Mexican, French, A wonderful global cookbook! I’ve already tried over ten recipes! My family raves about the variety of great recipes, with foods I had in my pantry! I live in Hawai’i, always wanted to try some of these cuisine’s! Now I can! I Just Luv these cookbooks. I have purchased six now! The authors of these books, are a married couple. That are world traveler’s, these recipes were picked as their favorites. Before they retired! Aloha In Hawai’i we eat rice daily, this has a lot of recipes. I use 1/2 brown rice & 1/2 white rice, for a healthier choice. These recipes are made, with products already in most pantries! Very easy to follow instructions. Fast & Flavorful Recipes. My boyfriend, has to be chased out of the kitchen now! He can’t wait to taste all the new flavors, that I put into the rice now.
