Very powerful airflow

This hairdryer is really a 1875 watt one. I`ve returned the previous three haidryers, which also stated they have 1875 watt, but they were half powerful, than this one, even though one of those was also Conair. I don`t know, what is the secret, but THIS particular Conair is what I was looking for: it is very powerful, and the airflow is very strong, which makes my hair dry very quickly. P.S.: the box was torn and very shabby. If the item is listed as new, I`d prefer to have it really new, with a new untouched box.
