Great way to exercise

This is a well designed game. It has clear instruction all the way through, and on screen prompts which can really help with positioning. It has a 30 day program that will be picked on your age, weight etc. Or you can just go ahead and make up your own routine. All in all it works well and you will feel that you have exercised, (that's of course if you put in the effort.) I would recommend this game to anyone who justs want to be more active and get fit in the process.
