Doesnt even acknowledge an item was bought and paid for. Purchase was finally refunded a week later with no acknowledgement was purchased, no shipping, not an apology not an explanation... and not even a thank you or hello. Caused to miss buying other identical item elsewhere in meantime.

Just ok
Seems to be built pretty well, but it is heavy. The suction and performance on carpet is pretty good but on bare floors, it is really disappointing. The suction at the hose is just so so as well.
