What suction!
Our first impression when we received the Dyson was that it definately is rather nifty looking. Now, having had an opportunity to use I am definitely impressed. It is really great to finally be freed from the vacuum cleaner bag yoke, which is just like a hidden cost because you constantly have to get new bags as the old ones fill up. Since the Dyson does not need bags once you pay the price your done. The 2 filters on in the wheel and the other on the unit seem to be easy to clean and reuse so what can be better. What really got us is the suction, it pulled dirt and lint out of hardwood floors and carpets. The unit while not lite is easily movable and usable and is pleasure to steer around the house. Overall I really like it.
