Great book for the Keto beginner!

This book is well written for starting with keto! It is easily read and understood. It doesn't overwhelm you with all the keto "rules". What I really like is she uses every ingredients, she doesn't have you going out buying expensive organic this and that, she keeps it affordable and simple. I'm just starting it after having read through it so wish me luck!! I feel good about it. Other books I've read can make it really complicated and scary, not this one!!
