I’m so upset with my current “rating”.
I had one negative response, a person ordered a item on the day I broke my leg. I was hospitalized and had surgery, I spent a month in a skilled nursing facility. On top of that, my cell phone broke.
I reached out to the buyer and tried to explain the situation, it seemed to make no difference.
I’m very fast shipping items that I sell and try my best to provide good customer service. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

    I received the wrong item after days of waiting. I did finally request a full refund which I did get. I was told the seller had two shipments that day and put the shipping label on my package.
