Not Waterproof!
3 of 4 found this helpful The product's page advertises that the device can be submerged in 5 feet of water for 30 minutes. I submerged the device in 6 inches of water for 5 seconds and the unit broke. I sent the device for warranty repair (only 2 months old) and was told that the device wasn't covered for warranty repair because of water damage. I called and worked with an agent and they realized it was crazy to claim water damage on something that is suppose to be rugged like this tablet. It has been about 2 months and I have not received a replacement or fixed unit. They want to replace the device with a tablet that is about half of the retail price and is not waterproof.
This device would be awesome if it worked, customer support was better, and they actually honored the warranty. None of these things happened for me and I am very disappointed.
