4 of 4 found this helpful The first camera sent broke when I hooked up the HDMI cable. The company was nice to work with. I sent it back and they sent me another one, no questions asked. And in a descent time. I wouldn't call the camera refurbished. I would say used. The first one was a little scratched up around the led screen. The second one, the lense is scratched up a bit. For the most part the picture is good but in some light you can see the scratches. But for the price I guess it's to be expected. But I did knock off a star for the scratches on the lense.
