"A fascinating and entertaining read on Anne Boleyn."
1 of 1 found this helpful I have become fascinated by the story of Anne Boleyn. This book by Norah Lofts went beyond expectations. Even though there are small contradictions and arguments in history as to her attractiveness and disposition, her story (rise/fall) remain a fascinating subject. This book is an easy read; full of gorgeous illustrations depicting court life, the Boleyns, and of course Henry VIII-the first I have found w/ actual artwork, in-depth descriptions, and illustrations. If you love the history, or even just want to learn more about this legendary 2nd wife of Henry 8, this is an excellent book and reference. I highly recommend it!
