I LOVE Kavinace.
I had a doctor recommend this to me, after I had complained about irritability, sluggishness, and fuzzy thinking. I had been taking Melatonin for a long time to help me sleep. I was instructed to take this product an hour before bed time, and told I could take two if necessary,(though I totally recommend taking as prescribed until seeing how you are affected by it). At first, it wasn't as effective at helping me fall asleep, but I felt so fantastic the next day I didn't even care!!!! Now, however, I have no problem falling asleep with this, and still feel incredible the next day!!! As, a stay at home mom, I felt like I always seemed to be at the end of my rope, I found myself constantly exasperated, and yelling at my children. It seemed I was always unable to process my thoughts, being tired, and distracted my the constant noise that comes with young children. Today I am focused, patient, well rested, and taking the time to actually play and enjoy my children more, rather than letting the stress of the day to day responsibilities take a mental toll on me. I promise you one thing, I will absolutely not run out of this product EVER! I know this review doesn't paint me in the best light, but perhaps there is another out there like me, and I wanted you to know, as over dramatic as it sounds, this stuff is a game changer!!!!!

I have used this product for years now. It gives great coverage, while looking very natural. No, caked makeup look, and no break outs afterwards. Since I don't wear Makeup every day, this 8g size will last forever!
