Easy set up and use some sound issues

Mostly enjoying this product. It was very easy to set up using the google home app and connecting to various devices. Picture is clear. The only issue I'm having is with sound. Most of the time it's fine, but at low volumes the sound cuts out. I miss quiet scenes (footsteps, page turning, background noice, etc.). I think it's a fixable issue, but I haven't figured out how to resolve it yet. Shipping was on time and as expected.
