You get what you pay for
8 of 8 found this helpful I should have realized that because it is model was so cheap that it was going to be and not as good as some of the other robotic vacuums out there. It does pick up stuff off the floor and off the rug but the problem is once it goes from an area rug to the floor it gets stuck it cannot get back on the area rug doesn't matter how low to the ground the area rug also it gets stuck under under the couch my ottoman I had it in my kitchen to vacuum the floors and they are I thought it would be better in there it got stuck under the gap between the floor and where the cabinets jet out and it would just keep making a strange noise and pushing itself further deeper into the gap and only way I can use it as if I put a barrier up around all the gaps in my kitchen the gaps what I mean by that I hope I'm explaining this correctly but it's just the gap between the floor in your kitchen and the cabinets so I have a lot of cabinets going around my kitchen that are close 2 the floor but there's like a maybe 3 inch Gap and I like to sleep on to that to get all the debris and crumbs and get under there but this little vacuum is about the same measurement as that Gap maybe a little bit bigger maybe 4 in tall so when it tries to get under there it gets suck and it's very frustrating like I don't even want to use it not to mention using an all my area rug that I have in my living room I literally have to make a barrier around my area rug so it doesn't drive off the area rug and then gets stuck again so yes unless you have full Carpeting and you don't have any gaps between the floor and your furniture it's going to get stuck and yeah go ahead and grab does vacuum because it's cheap. And I know everyone has furniture that has some sort of a gap between the floor and the furniture so it's and it's going to aggravate you I swear I just I wish I never bought it.

My new favorite vacuume

It works amazingly I use it to vacuum all of my area rugs throw rugs and my floors for such a small vacuum it packs a lot of power you wouldn't think that it would but it does and it's two different settings and when you put it on the highest setting it even sucks the dust out of the rug!!
that's incredible I also love the tools that come with it because I can vacuum the cobwebs off my high ceilings and I can clean my ceiling fans easily now. I really am so happy that I got this because I was struggling before trying to find a good one. with an animal and two children there is always something on the floor, weather there be cookie crumbs,cereal or cat hair this vacuum just picks it all up and it makes everything look brand new again! I highly advise you to purchases this vacuume.
