A few minor adjustments had to be made, but still a great bargain.
Ordered this grab handle for my 2003 Holiday Rambler. The handle looks great and the brackets look identical to my original ones except there was no drainage hole in them. My original ones had a drainage hole in one of the brackets, that bracket goes on the bottom because water can get into the bracket and needs to be able to drain out. I was able to drill a drainage hole so not a big problem. These also came with two black rubber gaskets, that fit in between the brackets and wall and look really nice, except there's a split at the top of the gaskets which allows water to get behind it and possibly into the screw holes. The kit did not come with instructions so I just caulked the split at the top of each gasket and the screw holes to be safe. The gaskets also had a split at the bottom that I left open for more drainage. The kit also came with black screws which I did not use because they were not stainless steel so I used my original stainless steel screws.
The bar itself almost seems a tad longer than my original handle. It fits very tight and seems like a lot of pressure on the PVC plastic brackets. I screwed the bottom bracket into the original holes and the holes lined up perfectly but when I put the bar into the bottom bracket and attempted to screw on the top bracket, I had to kind of fiddle with it and push it into place to get the bracket holes to line up with my preexisting holes on the RV. I ordered the same length bar so not sure why this seems to fit so much tighter than the original, but I managed to get it screwed down but it's TIGHT! Hopefully, the stress doesn't cause the plastic to crack.
Other than these few minor adjustments I made, I am happy with the product and it looks great. For the price, it is a very good bargain and I would purchase this product again.
