  seller was extremely slow in answering questions,and when he did,,one answer was ONE WORD,his answers were confusing,and borderlining RUDE.maybe this guy needs to go back to ham radio basics,relearn to comminicate.radio was slopped in some sort of dried substance that will not come off,radio gets HOT just sitting there only turned on.it appears it may have some sort of internal issue

  Radio arrived with fully charged battery, tri-band antenna, and charger. The radio had the seller’s local channels in the memory. Thankfully I knew how to do a factory reset. What I didn’t know how to do is to expand receive coverage beyond the 2 m band so that I could receive NOAA weather. New TH-350s arrive “open” with expanded receive coverage. This did not. I assumed but did not ask and it was not mentioned in the ad. I will try to locate software to reconfigure the radio to my needs.
