A waste of time and money
1 of 2 found this helpful READ THE FINE PRINT! I didn't and thought they were 595mg. They are not. These are only 99mg of the necessary 4000+mg necessary. That's only 2%. Bananas have 400mg. Potatoes have 800mg. 99mg aren't worth taking as you'd need one bottle every 2 days. If you're potassium deficient, this can be detrimental by creating a false sense of security in the amount consumed vs what's necessary. A complete waste of time and money.

Definitely works!
Aloecure definitely works. I have severe GERD and Aloecure regulated my stomach acids long enough for the erosion in my esophagus left from the GERD, to heal. I haven't needed antacids once since beginning this. Just be aware that aloe (and calcium) block the body's absorption of iron so for those that are low iron/anemic, you'll need to stagger your iron supplements at a different time.

You need salt!
0 of 1 found this helpful The body needs salt. You sweat it out daily and need replenishment. These were sold as "expired" however; salt is naturally antibacterial and antimicrobial and does not actually expire. Dates are placed by the manufacturers of most products for shelf turnover. These are great for bug out bags, camping, hiking, or any other sport where you'll be sweating and may not have access to traditional, iodized, table salt.
