1 of 1 found this helpful This product is helping me stay healthy and active. It can be used for a beginner-intermediate-advanced individual. All one has to do is cater the workout for them. Chop it up, do the exercises you enjoy and and at a pace that is comfortable. There is nothing wrong with pressing pause. All that matters is you stick to it. It will help you come back for more. Start with tens minutes then 15. Do it 3 days out the week then increase whenever you feel the need. The whole p90x can be a modular system if you make it. Take routines from one and incorporate it into another. Remember health is more than just a 90 day fad it is a lifestyle. So make it fun and make it work for you. Grab a friend or a loved one and start today.
