IBANEZ GA35TCE-DVS Acoustic-Electric CLASSICCLASSICAL NYLON STRINGS
Feb 01, 2017
Comfortable thin full size parlor classical guitar, mellow and easy playing
Perfect for practicing without needing an amp or blowing the brains out of the neighbors. Nicely made, nice finish and the preamp for electric use (crystal mic under bridge) works pretty well.
Not the fullest sound acoustic, but the eq in the preamp solves that if you go electric. Works perfectly with my Mouse amp or with my Markbass mini 8. Very pleasant to play.
I'm a bass player.

Handsome and comfy ring.
Very nice without being too flashy, comfortable, too. Better overall than I expected.

Sharp useful watch with no digital for the price of a junky digital and it's comfy!
Cool looking and comfy watch from a top maker (Orient) at a bargain cheapo watch price. Probably none left at this point.
The ONLY drawback is that this is a Japan Domestic Market ONLY model so the manual's in Japanese. Yikes! Orient, Seiko and Epson were useless in trying to suss this out but I spent many hours sleuthing to see if I could figure out what caliber is in the watch (the guts that make it run) to see if I could find a user guide in English.
It turns out that this watch uses a Citizen E810 Caliber, NOT the E820 which is the same but has the solar Eco-Drive feature.
The manual was free to download in both a quickie version and the in-depth version and a read-through and then following the step-by-step instructions, which are quite clear, and appear to be in the Japanese guide, too, and my watch is on the money, all hands homed and the perpetual calendar set.
Nice watch overall and the subdial GMT feature is very useful for me with a foster child overseas. The alarm is not jarring, btw, so it may not be enough for heavier sleepers/nappers.
The bracelet is big... and I'm big, so I pulled a link (normal folded split pins) and popped the other end all the way into the clasp and it fits perfectly and is very comfy, which I was not sure would be the case since it's a lot of stainless steel. The clasp is adequate, though not heavy gauge like Orient badged watch bracelets are.
Still, I wore it at a hospital for my first outing and it got many looks. It is different, and that's a good thing. It's not quite like anything else out there. Too bad it was discontinued over a decade ago!
I believe there MIGHT be a couple left NOS out there but unless you read Japanese, you'll need to d/l the user guide from Citizen/Seiko/Epson.
I'm happy I gambled on it for the short price, about 15% of it's list so well below cost.
