stick to the professionals
1 of 1 found this helpful I have BLONDE eyelashes. I get the professionally tinted and they end up perfect! They get dark enough to look like I have lashes yet dont look like Im wearing makeup. I tried the 28day mascara... HORRIBLE! It wont dye my lashes. It will dye my fingers and eyelids though. There is no reason why it shouldnt dye the lashes but it just doesnt! Im glad I got it at a good price so Im not out a ton of money. Im going back to the salon...
