Good product
The only thing "bad" about it is that the instructions for use could be more explicit -- pictures would help -- had to 'experiment' a bit to get it to stay on my head and not 'hook' on my hair.

I ordered this New WD Elements 500GB hard disk to replace the used HD that had been "recertified". Turns out the "Recertified" HD would not respond to my computer so I returned it to the vendor and ordered this one. Runs like a charm and I was able to upgrade my computer from "XP" to "7"and download all my 'stuff'.
