I just love this headphone

confusing manual
1 of 7 found this helpful The manual for this unit is very incoherent. The manual says to charge the unit for 12 hours before use and yet the unit seems to have come fully charged.
The information in the screen display was confusing too because they are 2 types of display shown in the manual.
The image used to illustrate my display does not explain all the parts of the display.
No set procedure is shown for turning the unit of when the computer is not in use. I was left feeling I have to have the unit on 24/7 becasuse when I turned it of at the mains the unit assumes I have general power failure.

It makes more noise than it cancels
It makes more noise than it cancels. When I go to work wearing these headphones I can still hear the factory noise/sound over the white noise from the headset. The headset make white noise when turned on. This is just as annoying as the factory noise/sound. When a loud sound is made only the volume of the white noise goes down and not the factory noise/sound.
