More Variety, Please!
I was disappointed in the fact that of the 10 cookbooks, 3/4ths to 7/10ths were from the same church published by the same company and contained virtually the same contributions, background filler information and in some cases, same illustrations, boilerplate pictures used from one edition to another. I had expected something more from the angle of different city, publisher, groups, more of a variety of local areas represented.
That being said, I would just recommend that these be sold in much smaller collections or at least individually. They're fun, represent the community from which they came, and some of the recipes are just great.
