Perfect for concealment.
I actually normally run the +3 mag extensions in my Glock 43; however, this is perfect when I'm in a position where I can't have the extended magazine. I dress in suits for work, and I love to conceal IWB, especially in the winter because I'll also wear a sweater vest. Most of the time I can get away with the +3, but there are some combos of lighter material clothing that just print too bad. The +1 is perfect because it is not any longer than the stock mag with pinky extension, it gives the mag some weight, and you get an extra round. I'll be buying a nice ankle holster eventually, and this mag will be the one that's in the gun when on my ankle.
