  The CPU liquid cooler arrived damaged due to poor shipping materials and improper packing. Item arrived seemingly complete, but rad was very damaged. Seller declined to make a partial refund of the item and sent me to USPS claims even if it was their responsibility to ship the item well protected in the first place, which was a specific request I made to them. Very disappointed as it was expected that the cooler would be useable right out of the box, as it was described in the listing.
