IT IS too good to be true
it is too good to be true, but it is! Brand new for fraction of price. I haven't have a chance to use it, but it matches with my old motor in the air handler. I hope when come time to use it, it would work as brand new unit should. I always buy spare for my attic air handler which is in very harsh environment, and usually burn out the motor within year or two. when I buy these units, I just replace a brand new motor with ECM in the attic, so I am not going to take it out and test this unit, so can not say anything about how it works? but the unit is brand new, so let see how it works when time comes? there are other ppl buying these unit too, may be they put it in their A handler and test it out, so read their post may give you more indication of how the unit works. Cheer.
