An awesome versatile delay with a looper to boot!
1 of 1 found this helpful The Tc electronic Flashback delay pedal is just about the size of the Boss dd7 and around the same price. However the Flashback does everything boss’ dd7 does with even more delay capabilities. This true bypass pedal has the classic Tc 2290 delay as well as analog, tape, dynamic, slap back, reverse and more. Plus on top of all the delay effect variations you get a looper. Having used both the boss dd7 and the TC electronic Flashback, in my opinion the Flashback is superior if you are in the market for a versatile delay pedal and wouldn’t mind having a looper built in

Captain beyond special edition re issue
For any fan of the band this is a fantastic edition of the cult classic debut album by captain beyond. A silver tin embossed cover on velvet with original album artwork on the inside gatefold which all looks fantastic. 180 gram vinyl makes for high fidelity sound.

A good reverb, tremolo not so much...
The VHT Melo-Verb is a cool concept, a two in one effect pedal housing both reverb and tremolo. The reverb does justice to replicating a fender frontman style spring reverb. Great for surf rock or just an atmospheric aftertaste for your tone. The tremolo however is sub par. The “level” dial works well as a boost, but the “intensity” dial needs to be cranked all the way before you even notice the tremolo affect and at that point there’s no ability to fine tune, it’s just the “speed” dial of the tremolo and that’s about all you can notice. This is an alright pedal, but there are plenty other options to choose from and I’d imagine one of those 30 dollar pocket pedals might even be a better option
