Heavy Duty, Pulls at one's Heart, and demands a call (to change or to ignore)
One believes that problems ignored in a corner only become worse not better. One is happy to read about a biblical approach to handling triggers to one's emotions. One does not wish to to be a parent that excels at expressing passionate emotions in the wrong way at the wrong time. This book is timely, helpful, and encouraging. One is not alone in an epic struggle with one's own self and that is encouraging. One can change and one is not alone to deal with it (nay Christ is here). This is not for the faint-hearted but for the warrior moms fighting for themselves, their family, and their God.
