Love this piece
There is no issue with this falling out.
Those who are complaining about the piece not staying in the sheath didn't push it back in all the way.
You need to push it back in until you fee that tiny click. Then you could run a marathon with this in your belt and it wouldn't fall out.

It is very slow but holds a large charge.
