Lacks nightime visbility
I was very satisfied with looks and quality of the knobs. I was very disappointed that the indicator
lines on the knobs do not illuminate like the OEM's. It makes it hard to adjust HVAC at night.

Product great, shipping stinks
I ordered a matching toilet paper holder at the same time as your towel bar from another sight. It came within 3 days, Your bar came a week and a half later, which was 2 days after the promise date. I know that you are at the mercy of USPS, but look at the tracking and it went in a big circle for over a week.
