Didn't have the control ability as expected from Honeywell
The item was new as advertised, received it as advertised, the manual was acceptable, I do notice that there is a humidity offset of 5% lower than the other units I have located in the same vicinity. Also the linearity isn't what I would expect from a Honeywell controller. I have notices it as much as 10% lower than my other indicators. It is controlling my dehumidifier locally rather than have to crawl into the attic.

Great value
1 of 1 found this helpful Has impressive power due to the new brush less motor. Removed and Installed front tires of a Duce and a Half military vehicle with out having to recharge the small battery pack.

Performed task as new vehicle
Received the item in a timely manner, once installed the unit performed perfectly. It was in an OEM sealed box. Had purchased a cheaper item from another source, but it failed in less than one day. Due the failure of the cheap module, had to rent a vehicle in order to make the planned week long trim.
