Pilot Assembly for Vermont Castings Sundance stove
One of my toughest fixes, gas stove, had pilot light but gas would not start unless Rapped it to open the valve l. Decided it was time to change the thermo couple/ thermo pile assembly, Vermont Catings Stove, talk about something engineered not to be disassembled. After taking apart pretty much all the interior parts, the final assembly Was screwed in from the bottom, had to remove the flew to lift it enough to get under it, after purchasing the part at the tools needed, I’m about 175 in, actually not bad, so I put it all back together and it does not work, I’m ready to give up and looking at replacement of $2300, I decided to look again and I should have takin a picture of the final wiring, fixed thAt and voila, it’s on a thermostat and has a blower
