Good laptop poor refurbishment
1 of 1 found this helpful Just received this laptop very dissapointed. It's fast as can be screen and keyboard are great but the refurbish job is AWFUL. The battery dies instantly. It was dead when I opened it. I charged it for about 3 minutes and it said it was full so I unplugged it and it died within 3 minutes..there are skin marks on the keyboard from the last person who used the laptop before me indicating this laptop it extremely used. Its dusty all over there were scuff marks on athe screen that fortunately came off. Lastly the computer crashed on me when I rebooted it just now BSOD all in my face. Fortunately I happen to be quite adept when it comes to laptops so it's likely I can fix these issues myself but who ever refurbished this needs to get a grip and improve the quality before you charge someone $900 dollars for this. Oh and not such a big deal speakers are meh i mean I'm used to the power of my b&o speakers on my HP but yeah.
