Satco S2231 Are Real Narrow Spot lights
Satco S2231 Are Real Narrow Spot lights, not floods. Good narrow cast light for illuminating artwork in recessed and track lighting. They cast a smooth light cone, no mottling or patterning. Ones I bought previously have lasted for over a half year.

Great with some caveats
Great looking pot, sturdy in construction. However, the self-watering feature inside the bottom of the pot can trap water in the soil, causing plant roots to rot if too much watering is done. (Use a water moisture meter to prevent overwatering). There is a hole in the bottom with a plug, which I would recommend leaving open for drainage. However, you would need a saucer if placed indoors. They don't sell saucers that match, nor have I found any saucers that come close in color to these online. So best for outdoor use.
Out of the box, they emit a noxious chemical smell from manufacture. Leave them outdoors for a week to let the smell leach out.
As I said, though, these are very attractive looking pots.

Great narrow spot bulb
Good spotlight - has narrow beam that is good for highlighting artwork or a small area. Have had these types of bulbs before and they last a long time. To extend their longevity, I suggest using a dimmer switch and then slightly dialing down the brightness from full, and you don't loose that much brightness, as these are quite focused and bright bulbs.
